    1. Hey, Staci! Hope your birthday was fun!
I don’t know if I am sad or depressed but I am not well…both mentally and physically, my health is deteriorating.
I’m sorry, I feel so bad about feeling this way, it’s like I’m disregarding your good wishes but I am not, I promise! You know I try hard but some things keep catching up with me, I don’t know what else to say…you understand, right?

      1. Ohhhhh sweetie. Please take good care of yourself. I know how it is to go through bouts of depression and sadness. It happens often to me. If I wasn’t on medication, I would be unbearable. So you can be sure you are in good company. I truly can and do empathize. What do you mean you health is deteriorating? Like a cold or flu, or something more serious? I will be praying for you, my friend. You are special and dear to me, and I wish there was something more I could do.
And please don’t feel bad about feeling this way. I am not offended in the least. In Portuguese we have a saying, “Fique tranquilo”, which directly translated is “Stay tranquil”. That is what I’ll pray for you. For peace and tranquility of heart and of mind, for joy in your being and strength for your body and spirit.
Many hugs and blessings to you.
        🙂 ❤

      2. Thank you, Staci, I know you understand. I have stopped the medication, the anti-depressants, maybe that’s why everything in my head is going haywire. The worst part is that I’m not ready to talk about it to my therapist, I cannot bring myself to it, it’s tough, when a person knows you that well, it becomes tougher, I guess. I will have to though, it’s just been so long that I feel hesitant of course.
It’s the sinusitis, every winter it’s the same old. Immense pain in the eyebrow area and the cheekbones. I keep myself warm but once it’s triggered it’ll take it’s own time to settle.
Thank you for your blessings and prayers Staci, I know you only wish well for me. You’re very dear to me as well. I will try to stay tranquil. I’ll resort to yoga, that helps with the sinus pain.
Talking to you is always very comforting. ❤
Much love and hugs for you, my dearest. Please take care, I'll keep you updated. ❤
